And just like that, it's the last week of the ~ regular season ~ Week 17, the final matchup. Who will take it all and how did we get here?
The first round was straight forward. The only game that went down to the Monday night matchup. Basel squeezed by Tondo after a heartbreaking Steelers loss to the Bengals. They let him down and he immediately put Pittsburgh on his F-R-A-U-D list. In round two, Zimmer cruised by Mastrianni, solely thanks to Alvin Kamara's Christmas day performance. There is no doubt in my mind that AK will be the number one overall selection in everyone's fantasy draft next year.
It comes down to Basel vs. Zimmer. Is it evil to have the championship on Week 17 where playoff locks may sit their stars? Well, yes, but that makes it very fun. We'll update you next week, folks!
