Breakfast with the Americans, but World Cup. MOVING ON UP! Pulisic wins it for USMNT.

THE YANKS MOVE ON! USMNT IS BACK. HOLY HELL. What a match...

Gregg Berhalter get's his first World Cup win, the team is undefeated heading into the next round, the vibes are at an all-time high. The US played an excellent first half. The midfield was creating mismatches, generating excellent passes, breaking Iran's lines, it was a solid play all around.

The play of the game obviously came in the 38th minute, where Christian Pulisic put the US on top. Captain America put his body on the line for his country. Hopefully he can play the next match.

Those final 9 minutes felt just as long as the entirety of the match. Also, 9 additional minutes was insanity. Matt Turner got a little too comfortable a few times, but Walker Zimmerman provided plenty of insurance at the end. I was screaming "get the ball the f out of there" dozens of times. Not that I made a difference, but still. I felt anxious the whole way through, I could only imagine what the players were feeling. When Iran's Jalali pulled an absolute bullshit call pulling down Yunus Musah by his jersey. It stopped the momentum, but it was just absolutely cheeky.

Iran was trying to get anything out of the refs, but guess what? The refs didn't decide this match. USA in the chats, what a win. Short term memory, and onto the Round of 16.

USA vs. Netherlands.

We will see you Saturday Morning.
