Can Daniel Jones repeat last weeks performance? Giants Odds and Prop Bets (Week 5 vs. Cowboys)

Danny Dimes. Danny Wheels. Danny NFC Offensive Player of the Week. That's right. Daniel Jones is cooking at the moment. Analytically, he is one of the best in the league, throwing for 1184 yards with a 98.3 QB rating, throwing four touchdowns and only one interception. Dallas is struggling defensively this season, even though they are seeking their fourth straight win. Yes, the Cowboys are 4-1 ATS this season, and everyone will be picking Dallas to win and cover, but I would disagree. The momentum has shifted and the offense is clicking.

Troy Aikmen said that the Giants aren't on the Cowboys level, which you can debate, but the factor of the day will be Jason Garrett. A revenge game... The Daniel Jones cook and cover. Giants +7 and Over 52.5.

Prop Bets

Saquon Barkley total rushing yards: Over 55.5 (-115)

Week after week, I feel that Saquon is going to breakout, but his rush

Last week, he was more present in the passing game, but did tally 52 yards on the ground against the Saints run defense. The Cowboys defense, now without Jaylon Smith, allowed the Panthers to rush for 113 yards. 55.5 should be right in his wheel house. Saquon Barkley has 53 carries for 285 yards and has scored 1 touchdown in 4 games versus the Cowboys in his career. Expect Daniel Jones to have a nice little rush presence as well.

Daniel Jones total passing yards: Over 270.5 yards (-115)

Jones just dropped over 400 yards against the Saints and I feel confident that he'll have way over 270. Confident enough to call this my lock. The Cowboys defense isn't fantastic, ranking 31st in the NFL in passing defense, allowing 315.2 yards per game in the air. The Cowboy's past four games, these quarterbacks feasted off the secondary.

  • Sam Darnold - 301 yards

  • Jalen Hurts - 326 yards

  • Justin Herbert - 338 yards

  • Tom Brady - 379 yards

Kadarius Toney total receiving yards: Over 51.5 yards (-115)

With Shepard and Slayton expected to be sidelined, you can feel confident that Yung Joka will be getting some catches. Last week, Toney caught 6 passes for 78 yards, and was shifty with it too. With the Cowboys secondary on the weaker side, take the over for Toney.
