Is the Pac-12 the most dominant conference in College Football?

The Pac-12 being the most dominant conference in college football was not on my bingo card this year. It's actually hilarious in sorts that in their final season as a conference, they are the most dominant and fun conference by a MILE. Pac-12 football has never been so BACK just for it to all blow up in a couple months.

The new AP Poll was released today and the Pac-12 has EIGHT teams in the top 25. The PAC-12 is also UNDEFEATED through the first 2 weeks of the season. They are a whopping 18-0 to start the season with MULTIPLE Heisman candidates.

Check out the new AP Poll:

Whether you're watching Coach Prime and the Buffs, Caleb Williams and the Trojans or Michael Penix Jr and the Huskies, you are GUARANTEED some entertaining and fun football.

There's a lot of exciting games coming up in the Pac-12, but none more exciting than USC vs CU September 30th in Boulder. If both teams stay undefeated, it will most likely be a top ten matchup with multiple Heisman contenders.

My one early note about that game would be to HAMMER the over. Whatever the number is it isn't high enough for those two quarterbacks and both teams have below average defenses. I think this will be a shootout for the ages. This game is giving some serious Joe Burrow vs Bama in 2019 energy with how exciting these two offenses can be.

It is almost important to note that we are only 3 short weeks into the college football season, so all this Pac-12 hype could easily be an overreaction. All these teams could crumble later down the line, but as for right now, the Pac-12 is playing some seriously great football and we should all enjoy it before it's gone for good.
