Introducing the inaugural Rhode Island Hoops, Player of the Week. We are here to highlight the smallest states prominent players, and to kick things off, our first winner is Sheirf Gross-Bullock of Bryant University!
The guard lead the state with 24.5 points per game over two contest. In the season opener vs. Thomas College, SGB shot close to 70% from the field, knocking down 22 points, while dishing out 6 assists. Defensively, he brought in 4 rebounds and also snagged 5 steals. He continued to shine against Dartmouth, where he lead all scorers with 27 points. Congrats to Sherif!
