Killings discusses his beginnings as a walk-on at UMass, and as a staff member with the Charlotte Bobcats. He recounts how big of an impact his former colleagues Pat Chambers (Boston University) and Fran Dunphy (Temple) had while he was their assistant coach, and what that meant for the future. Killings also tells us the impact of his life-long relationship with former NBA and current Spanish league player Markus Howard.
