To Nobody's Surprise, Buster Olney is Getting Clowned on Twitter

Nature is healing.

MLB ESPN reporter, Buster Olney is getting clowned again on Twitter for his dumb takes.

My hatred for Buster started earlier this season with his bias reporting towards the Braves. He said he isn't a Braves fan, but we all know he has two jobs. His first job is being a reporter for ESPN. His second job is dressing up as Blooper during Brave's home games. I'm convinced that Buster and Blooper are the same person. He laughs and smiles at the Mets' misery and is a die hard Braves fan.

Anyway, back to this tweet. I mean what an idiotic thing to say. Once his precious Braves and Dodgers lost, the mindset about the playoff format completed shifted. When the Mets lost, no one batted an eye or gave a crap about the playoff schedule, but once the Braves and Dodgers lost, the schedule becomes "unfair."

Dodgers fans or Braves fans shouldn't be complaining considering they were able to get their pitching right before the divisional rounds started. They got to sit back and relax during the WC while the Padres had to go to New York for 3 days, use their 3 starters and the fly to Los Angeles to play a well rested Dodgers team. Same for the Braves, and they even had home field advantage against the Phillies.

Big Cat summed it up perfectly. If you are looking for a laugh, the quote tweets on Buster's tweet are hilarious. Here are some of my favorite:

1. "Is the goal of the postseason to stop people from complaining about it? Because I thought the goal was for teams to play each other." - @LizRoscher

2. "The only way to eliminate complaining is to never play any games ever. Aside from that, I would recommend having the higher-seeded teams simply win more games than their opponents." - @DEvanAltman

3. "A way to greatly reduce the complaining about the postseason format: Let the respective No. 1 seeds take steroids. Allow them to choose steroids or not (and ALL would take the steroids), and then pick the two other playoff teams to lose access to their bullpen. That would be fun." -@mikeyd947

The final blow was done by Jimmy's Seafood.

Jimmy's Seafood from the top rope! What a legendary reply!

This entire playoff format crying is pathetic. Maybe just win the games you're supposed to? The Dodgers were up 1-0 and then proceeded to choke away the next 3.

I never complained about the Mets WC schedule because they didn't lose because of the schedule. They just lost because they were a feeble bunch with no heart.

Anyways, always a good day when Buster is getting clowned on Twitter.

And if you're wondering who I am rooting for now in the MLB playoffs, there's only one answer:
