To nobody's surprise, Max Scherzer got SHELLED in a big postseason game

I went to bed smiling last night after "Mad Max" got absolutely shelled in Game 3 of the ALCS last night.

Max's final line in Game 3: 4 IP, 5 H, 5 ER, 1 BB, 4 K

He is the definition of washed and let a very experienced and talented Astros team back into the series. If the Astros win Game 4, it's OVER for the Rangers.

Even though Billy InEptler is hiding somewhere after being investigated by the MLB for some injury management debacle, I know that he is smiling watching Max get shelled. The Rangers were legit morons wanting Max and also giving up Luisangel Acuna. The Rangers I guess thought he had something left in the tank, but they obviously hadn't watched any Mets baseball in the past year.

List of games Max sucked in:

- Any game in Atlanta

- NL Wildcard Game 1

- Subway Series 2023

- Some random game in Detroit

But hey thanks for Acuna!

Max is also known for sad sad post game press conferences where he says "I just gotta be better" or some bullshit like that. Last night's definitely did not disappoint.

Max Scherzer is a generational playoff choker - up there with Chris Paul, but at least Max has one ring and CP0rings obviously has zero.

I think I might have to root for the Astros out of pure hatred now.
