Michael Burry isn’t afraid to make bets that others think are risky, and he's been right more often than not. He tends to buy undervalued stocks and uses short selling to profit from overpriced ones. He just opened up a massive short position on the S&P 500 and Nasdaq but also juiced up his long plays.
His portfolio was recently released (pictured below), and I chose the 10 stocks that were right above their 52-week lows and put them under a microscope. While all 10 are technically undervalued, I believe the yearly setup on $SBLK, $HBI, $GEO, $HPP & $QRTA to have the most momentum for a rally.
